The Accélérateur ESS is aimed at French players in the social and solidarity economy (SSE) who want to change scale and multiply their social and environmental impact. For 24 months, accelerated structures benefit from support based on three pillars: mentoring, consulting, training and networking.

The Accélérateur ESS aims to support the leadership teams of SSE organizations in their development ambitions by offering bespoke, high-quality guidance and privileged access to HEC Paris's academic resources and networks.

We help you amplify your impact on all your stakeholders: employees, partners, clients, suppliers, ...
Your company culture places the human at the heart of your actions. Our support aims to enhance the skills of the people behind the accelerated company for the benefit of the business project. Scaling up requires a change in mindset from the leader and their close circle.

The curriculum
Initiated and supported by the Île-de-France Region (France) since 2018, the Accélérateur ESS is a Social Enterprise Accelerator which has been operated by HEC Paris since 2019. The program, which is both individual and collective, is built on three pillars:
- Mentorship & Consulting: Guidance from HEC Paris experts alongside the leadership team, personalized diagnostics, a roadmap, and consulting missions conducted by HEC Paris students.
- Training (masterclasses, thematic group sessions, and immersive experiences)
- Networking: Connect within the Accelerator cohort and the HEC Paris community.

WHO CAN APPLY?
The criteria to join the Accélérateur ESS program are as follows:
- Be a social and solidarity economy organization (adapted companies, work integration social enterprises, supported employments (ESAT in France), social utility companies, associations, cooperatives).
- Have at least one location in the Île-de-France region (France).
- Demonstrate a development potential and the ability to scale up.
- Have a revenue of more than €500,000 in 2023.
- Have a workforce of more than 10 employees OR serve more than 10 beneficiaries.
